Officers:
Effective July 1, 2003, every chapter in the
Fraternity will be required to elect two new
officers.

Collegian of
the Year:
Brother Michael Carr of the Xi Sigma Chapter at
Wingate University has been selected as the 2003
Mid-Atlantic Region Collegian of the Year and the
2003 Southeastern Province Collegian of the Year! |

Chapter
Financial Management Changes:
Effective January 1, 2003, the Vice President
of Finance will no longer be eligible to act as
the second signatory on chapter checks. Two
signatures will still be required from the chapter
President and another elected officer. |

Pledge Fee
Increase:
Due to actions of the recent Board meeting,
there will be an increase in the collegiate
initiation fee from $65 to $70 effective January
1, 2003. |

New
Region Name:
At the February 22, 2002 Southeastern
Provincial Meeting in Jacksonville, FL the
Provincial Council voted to rename the South
Central Region to Mid-Atlantic Region. This
change goes into effect immediately, and all
documents and references to the region should be
updated. |
